us to supply your videography needs. Our package designs are straight forward and easy to understand with no hidden charges. We offer several packages to choose from and we have one to accommodate most any budget. Each package with the exception of our most basic package, comes complete with multiple copies of the event. You will receive five digitally mastered DVD's of your complete wedding video package so that you can share the record of these precious memories with friends and family at no additional cost. If more copies are needed, we will supply them for a very reasonable copying fee. Actual Package prices are determined by the elements you select from the list below. the gold package elements listed below with the additional perspective of
multiple cameras and video angles which enable special scene to scene fades
during editing for an extremely professional look. This package also includes
unlimited honeymoon coverage as described by the bride and groom. PACKAGE
ELEMENT DESCRIPTIONS
The
celebration dinner: We supply
a celebration dinner at a local restaurant as we record digital roundtable
interviews with the immediate wedding party. Attendees may include the
bride and parents of the bride, groom and parents of the groom, maid or
matron of honor with three bride's maids, best man with three
groomsmen, the flower girl and the ring bearer. This event adds an
exceptional value to your wedding experience and event record that cannot be
captured later at any price. Additional attendees acceptable but may
require fees to cover hosting costs. Rehearsal
dinner: One
of our videographers will attend your rehearsal dinner and record
the event which will become a part of your complete wedding video package. Wedding
Ceremony: One
of our videographers will attend the ceremony and digitally capture your
blessed event. Arrangements may be made for early arrival to capture
special moments, dress poses, limousine or carriage activities if
applicable, flowers and facility decorations, pre wedding events and
interviews with anyone you wish to become a part of your precious
record. The ceremony will be captured in detail to the extent allowed by
the wedding planner. Special emphasis will be directed towards the bride's
entrance, the giving away of the bride, the vows, the ring ceremony, the
kiss, the presentation and exit of the bride and groom. Special activities
not listed here may be emphasised by the wedding planner. The
Reception: The
wedding reception will be captured by one of our videographers and a synopsis
of the event becomes a part of your total wedding video package. Emphasis
will be applied to the dance, the cake, the gifts and general events as
planned by your wedding planner. Special interviews, performances or events
will be recorded and incorporated into the final product for a lifetime of
enjoyment. Editing
Service:
The package presented to you on VHS and DVD will be edited
professionally to present a pleasurable viewing experience. Music if supplied
on original CD's by the wedding planner will be used to enhance your video.
Titles and studio techniques will be used to enhance your product
in a professional manner. Scene fades and cuts will be applied in just the
right fashion and in precisely the right places to make this record
of your special event as enjoyable an experience digitally as it
was to experienc first hand and perhaps even more so. The

of the uncut and unedited footage on DV tape, just as it was recorded during the
applicable events. AVAILABILITY
AND SCHEDULING
Additional
digitally mastered copies of the finished product available for a small
copying fee. Not local?
No problem! We will travel to your location for air and hotel expenses
only, no markup. We accept
scheduling up to one year in advance. Please schedule your event with us as
far ahead of time as possible to prevent scheduling conflicts.
A fifteen percent deposit is required to secure schedule confirmation.
Out of town scheduling requires confirmed air and hotel reservations prior to
